Psychiatrist and addiction medicine doctor who works in methadone and buprenorphine treatment and is a long time harm reduction advocate.

Robert Osborn

Over twenty years experience in the private sector working in finance, marketing, business development, and regulatory for the telecom/internet industry. Rob has a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from U.C. Berkeley and a master’s degree in International Pacific Affairs from U.C. San Diego.

A new immigrant to Sacramento from San Francisco where her extracurricular activities included being the Vice President of Political Affairs for the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club, and the Treasurer for the San Francisco Women’s Political Committee.

Tonya Fancher MD, MPH

A primary care internist and educator whose work focuses on care for medically vulnerable, cross-cultural communication and workforce development. Dr. Fancher oversees the TEACH-MS, ACE-PC, and San Joaquin Valley PRIME programs at the medical school.

 Lora Schroeder

Lora has volunteered at the DOPE Project in Oakland as well as Homeless Youth Alliance in San Francisco. Lora has been involved with several projects with HRS helping raise funds and bring awareness to overdose and harm reduction.

Anthony Lew, JD, MPH
Counsel, Assembly Judiciary Committee
Committee consultant/staff attorney for the State Legislature specializing on policy involving landlord/tenant law, immigration, and creditor/debtor issues.  Formerly a researcher in the HIV Epidemiology Division of the Los Angeles County Public Health Dept., and a volunteer outreach worker with the Berkeley needle exchange program.
